Product Description
Making your own yoghurt is easy at home starting with this freeze dried yoghurt culture.
Choose from Natural or Probiotic, and 10L or 40L pack size. Simply add 1/2 teaspoon of culture per litre of milk and incubate in yoghurt maker for 10-16 hours (max 24 hours).
Natural Culture $8.50; $27:
The natural yoghurt culture produces a stronger/more tangy flavoured yoghurt.
Contains lactobacillus bulgaricus, streptococcus thermophilus cultures & skim milk powder.
Probiotic Culture (ABC culture) $8.50; $27:
The probiotic yoghurt culture produces a milder flavoured yoghurt with greater health benefits.
Contains lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus casei, streptococcus thermophilus cultures & skim milk powder.
Storage and life:
Store in freezer. Active for 12 months if kept in the freezer at or below -18 degrees C.
