Full day course: 9.30am to 2.30pm
We’ve made your graduation into hard cheeses as simple as possible with this course. This semi-hard cheese is not as time intensive as you might imagine, has a short maturation time, is very versatile in that it can be easily flavoured and of course is YUM! You will love this cheese and it will no doubt become a family favourite in your cheese making repertoire.
Inclusions:
Includes cheese inspired lunch and glass of wine, tastings. Take home the cheese you make on the day and a Guide to Home Cheese Making.
NOTE: Consider maturation requirements for this cheese (6 weeks+)
